A new experience to try.
Fall asleep, wake up and have breakfast in the company of the great wizards of history, such as Harry Houdini, Harry Kellar, Howard Thurston, Jean Eugène Robert-Houdin, Bartolomeo Bosco, David Copperfield ... and be amazed by your "Hospes", Mariano Navetta, from beyond thirty years old, magician, illusionist, comic magician.
Our idea is to be able to host you in our Magical house and in addition to offering you a bed and a good breakfast, an authentic Master Magician who will amaze you from time to time with incredible magic .... and in case you just want to rest in peace, no problem the magician will disappear.

Our rooms
The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with computer, internet access, wardrobe, chair, desk, mirror and suitcase holder.
There are 2 rooms with a large shared bathroom.

Structure features
We will provide our guests with shared bathroom "for the two rooms only", towels, shower set, free wifi, heated, air-conditioned rooms, freedom to return at any time, a large terrace.

Location
Our structure is the ideal location for all traveling families who will feel at home here, but with a pinch of our magic, for business and work trips, for a romantic getaway to meet and rediscover.

We are pleased to welcome you to our B&B in a magical setting, consisting of two rooms "Sim Bala Bim Bam" and "Hocus Pocus", a breakfast area, equipped bathroom, a large terrace with chairs and table and an independent entrance to the B&B and .. .. the rest you discover.
Available to provide further information and clarifications, we propose the simple and practical guidelines of our Internal Regulations, the respect and acceptance of which by you will allow us to guarantee you the high quality of a holiday period to be spent in a pleasant, satisfying, comfortable.
1. The prices indicated for the stay include the use of the room furnished with a double bed in one and two separate beds in the other, in both air conditioning, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside tables, table lamps, mirrors, electrical sockets and USB , Computer with WI FI access. A large shared bathroom for the two rooms with a shower, a bathtub, toilet, bidet, mirror, Phone and its accessories, Supply of towels and sheets included.
2. To receive any kind of information about our structure, send a whatsapp message to the number +39 393 0501968, we will reply as soon as possible to provide all the details on how to stay and / or to confirm your booking after checking the availability of rooms available for the indicated period.
3. Upon check-in it is mandatory to provide a valid identity document: passport, identity card or driving license. Otherwise, registration will not be possible. It is our care to always guarantee the processing of personal data according to the regulations governing the Privacy Law.
4. After filling in the notification form requested by the Police Headquarters with the indication of your personal details and after having settled the cost of the stay, we will provide you with the keys to the entrance door of the B&B and the room that has been reserved for you.
5. The check-in time is established in the range from 10.30 am to 8 pm on the day of arrival and can be defined more precisely after your kind communication regarding the expected arrival in the structure or that relating to any delays.
6. The check-out time is strictly fixed at 10.00 on the day of departure, in order to guarantee the next client arriving to enjoy a clean and tidy accommodation. In case of late delivery of the room, you will be required to pay the cost of one night in addition to the balance already paid.
7. It is advisable not to leave any valuables or objects unattended in the rooms, in the bathroom or in any other common area of ??our structure. The rooms do not have a safe or safety deposit box, so it will be your concern to always close the door and windows before going out.
8. The B&B is not responsible in the event that any situation of loss, damage and / or theft of objects left unattended should occur and does not assume any kind of responsibility for any damage to persons or things that are caused by third parties or caused by third parties. Any damage to the structure of the B&B or its furnishings with ascertained responsibility on the part of the guests must be immediately communicated and compensated.

The B&BMagicHouse is located about 10 minutes on foot from the Novara train station and 15 minutes from the city center. We found a welcome, kindness, and availability that is extraordinary. Mariano, the host, even came to pick us up at the station. The room is spacious, very clean (much more than many hotels in this category), equipped with air conditioning and a balcony. Guests have access to a very large terrace, equipped with tables, chairs, and loungers. The bathroom of the room, at the end of the corridor, is huge, there is even both a bathtub and a shower! Like the room, the bathroom was very clean, the sanitary fixtures and fittings looked new. The Italian breakfast is excellent and includes coffee, milk, tea, cappuccino, ginseng, fresh croissants, toasted bread, biscuits, Nutella, jams, and various juices. Moreover, during breakfast, Mariano enjoyed chatting with us. Everything is designed down to the smallest detail to make the stay more comfortable, for example, there are night courtesy lights and labels on the switches to prevent us from making mistakes. Highly recommended without hesitation, because at Mariano's you do not just stay, you live a magical experience!

I stumbled upon this B&BMagicHouse by chance due to a business trip and well, it was a pleasant discovery. Cleanliness and order reign supreme in a magic-themed location curated to the finest detail. The owner, Mariano, was extremely kind, taking care to provide and explain everything necessary for me to be independent right away. I stayed at the B&BMagicHouse while looking for a house to rent in Novara for work reasons. It is a beautiful vintage location with magician-prestidigitator themes. We were pleasantly satisfied with our stay at the B&BMagicHouse in Mariano. The style is that of a magic house. At the time of booking, we did not notice this characteristic, and when we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise. Mariano was an extremely kind and friendly host. Fantastic B&B. I have been to several accommodations, but this B&B is truly original. The room where I slept is very spacious. The place is charming and there is a beautiful terrace. Good breakfast, there is everything and it is served in a very captivating room, although I preferred to have it at a small table on the terrace. The structure is well-kept and clean, shared bathroom included. The decor is magical-themed, fully reflecting the owner, Mr. Mariano, who amazed me with some magic tricks upon my arrival and at breakfast. I really liked the acquaintance with Mrs. Corina and Mr. Mariano, especially for their enthusiasm, passion, professionalism, and attention they have for us guests. Thank you.
