The stay was good. We were out all days, so we really only used it as a resting point. The room was nice, clean, a decent size, towels were provided, as well as breakfast. We didn't know where breakfast was served, we asked the host and it turned out to be the cafeteria on the ground floor - could've been made clearer, but that was fine. The biggest downside was that the air conditioning units on the balcony were very loud at night, like VERY loud as if they were broken (the air conditioning in the room worked fine). Almost like a washing machine. Please have a look at them. Besides that, everything was in order, we picked up the keys easily, the contact with the host was perfect and responses were quick. Definitely recommend. Just fix the air conditioning.
Alice is a good communicator and we liked being near the subway station. Our bed and mattress were also good. However the floor in our room was dirty as was the floor in the reception area. Our shower also did not drain properly. Breakfast was only a pastry and a cappuccino - but tasty.
In the bathroom of room number was very bad smell. The shower was dirty, old and broken. Water enters the bathroom because of this. The shower curtain was very, very dirty.
Very nice room with private bathroom and close to the Metro and bus stop. We also had a small balcony and a mini-fridge. We could use the common area with a kettle, chairs, and a large terrace. The first 2 nights we didn't like the noise of the air conditioning unit on the balcony. But the last 2 nights, the air conditioning in the common area was switched off, which was a relief. Important: we had very comfortable beds.
Excellent B&B. Lovely host and her breakfast is delicious. The metro is very close so we had easy access to all of Rome. Especially enjoyed our Roman dinner arranged by our host.
We had a very pleasant stay in this room. It is located less than 5 minutes on foot from the metro, also less than 20 minutes on foot from the Vatican. The building is well maintained and the room was quiet. Breakfast is taken in the pastry shop at the foot of the building. We will happily return to Domus Raffaello Suite in Rome.
Comfortable bed, clean room. The only flaw is the shower: the curtain is too long, if you put it outside it floods. If you leave it inside, it covers the drain, and then no soap dish. Very inconvenient.
I stayed with my partner at this Bed and Breakfast for two nights. Great location, just a stone's throw from the metro. During the night hours, no noises are heard, you sleep well. The owner kindly provided us with other bathroom products on the second day when we requested them. The cleanliness was quite good, in the bathroom of our room there were some hairs in the shower and some stains on the curtain. Nothing serious if you don't have too many expectations. Unfortunately, breakfast is served in the bar below the Bed and Breakfast, which offers you a croissant and a drink of your choice. Overall, we were still satisfied.
Cozy and comfortable structure for a weekend. Quiet area and well connected, we moved around very easily. Staff friendly and not intrusive at all. Easy to find parking in the area. The only flaw was the breakfast, packaged items, since the bar that provides breakfast was closed, so it was given to us upon arrival in the room. Otherwise, everything okay. Recommend.
Great base for visiting Rome. The only issue is that to move around, the subway is necessary because despite the indication of 10 minutes on foot from the Vatican, it's not quite accurate. To move to Trastevere, it's good to have a car, and the metro line A, which passes just a few meters from the b&b, is under renovation and from Monday to Thursday it closes at 9 pm, so we couldn't go to the city center in the evening. We didn't meet the b&b managers, but we had a very good experience, quiet area and very convenient to services. There is a shopping center a few steps away. Rome is hospitable and beautiful as always!
Structure very close to metro line B, in an area served by a rosticceria shop and supermarket in front, near the Vatican. The entire structure is very clean, the room is clean with everything needed for breakfast, including a coffee machine with capsules. In the living area of the structure there is a microwave, biscuits, kettle, tea and herbal teas, and cereals available 24 hours a day. The terrace has available sofas overlooking the interior, it is quiet. I will definitely come back for another stay in Rome.
Our first time in Rome was special thanks to this accommodation. Alice, who manages the property, was very kind and helpful. The place is very comfortable, well-maintained, and recently renovated. The breakfast is plentiful and excellent. Being located inside a condominium and in a quiet area slightly outside the center, it is great for a good night's rest. However, the proximity to the metro stop (which reaches the main monuments and points of interest) and bus stops make it very convenient for those visiting Rome. It will be our reference for future visits to Rome.
I stayed at this property for a "touch and go" in Rome for a weekend. The B&B is located within an elegant building, in a great location: a stone's throw from St. Peter's and the metro A, making it easy to reach the most beautiful places in the eternal city. My room was spacious (there's even a little balcony), comfortable (each room has its own private bathroom) and above all clean. The managers are two young guys, kind, helpful and never intrusive. I am lactose intolerant and for breakfast, which was excellent and abundant, they even provided me with lactose-free yogurt, which doesn't happen often. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back, maybe for a longer vacation.
They were supposed to be two days in Rome for work but thanks to this B&B they turned into two days of pleasure. Apartment recently renovated with a pleasant and captivating style, located a stone's throw from Baldo degli Ubaldi station (metro A). The rooms are definitely comfortable and the common areas are spacious and well furnished. The breakfast is rich and tasty, with tarts and donuts masterfully prepared by the B&B owner. And speaking of the owner: she was friendly and helpful and managed to satisfy all my requests. A business card to be absolutely preserved for every future stay in the capital.
