It is located by the train station, so it can get a little noisy at times. Access is also a little difficult (elevator + 2 flights of stairs), but the room is spacious and clean, with a bird's eye view of the North part of Modena. It is not far from the historical city center (~15 minutes walk). Hosts are wonderfully friendly and very attentive. Breakfast (purchased extra) was well worth the price. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Of the 10 B&Bs my family stayed at in Italy for summer vacation, B&B Dante was not only the least expensive but also the nicest. The B&B appears to be brand new with modern finishes. Access from the station or free public parking was easy. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful and, best of all, my kids enjoy the AC and strong wifi. The rooms and bathrooms were both new and modern. The location is walking distance from the train station and free public parking. The wifi was strong.

This was a great find in Modena. The hosts are so friendly and serve an amazing breakfast. There is free parking nearby and even though it's near the station it was very quiet. The centre is walkable and the apartment was spotless with lovely little arty touches. Absolutely recommend.

This is probably my favorite place that I've stayed in while in Europe and I've stayed in some nice hotel rooms. The host is so outgoing and friendly and helpful, the view from the room and balcony are one of a kind because I think this building is one of the tallest in Modena, and the rooms are SO charming and beautiful! So much attention to detail and beautiful artwork. I wish I could rate higher than 10 on these reviews!

This property was fantastic! I came in on a train to Modena at 9 PM and stayed one night in the Red Room. The bed was comfortable and the bath was updated and clean. Being close to the train station, I was worried about noise but the location was quiet and convenient. The only confusing thing about this property was how to get there the first time. You will need to ring into an apartment building for the property manager to give you the key. I would stay here again for the price and quality of accommodation in Modena.

The bed and breakfast Dante's House, room number 1 is small with a glass bathroom door and automatic light that is not very practical at night. Moreover, the drainage made strange noises. The breakfast consists of packaged products but only whole milk is available.

The stay was pleasant, the room, tastefully furnished by the kind owner (who kindly offered us breakfast), was spacious and comfortable, but with some issues. The completely electronic management of access to the structure is a bit complex and especially unclear in the initial information phase. What is really not good is the completely automated activation of light and bathroom ventilation fan, with activations not requested when going to the bathroom between midnight and 07.00 in the morning, which are annoying. The piping of the drains of the same bathroom and the adjacent rooms produce very strong noises and gurgling that disturb rest. For my personal interest it almost doesn't matter, but even the TV was not working. Too bad for these issues, because the structure is in a very convenient location, 100 meters from the train station and 15 minutes from the historic center.

I stayed for just one night at the B&B Dante's House in Modena during a business trip. I had a good time and greatly appreciated the managers' promptness in solving an issue solely due to my carelessness. I recommend it even to those who might find themselves in Modena to visit the city (the center is within walking distance in just over ten minutes) or the nearby Bologna and Reggio Emilia, perhaps taking advantage of the proximity to the train station.

What can I say: the beauty of a small but very welcoming apartment with the security of your own privacy, and all just a stone's throw from the station! Manuele and Candice are amazing hosts who don't let you miss anything, and for the price (very low) that such a structure requires they offer a lot. I recommend it to everyone.

Viaggio molto per lavoro ma non mi è mai capitato di alloggiare in una struttura con così tanti divieti. C’erano post it ovunque: interruttore della luce, doccia, water, lavandino. Sul sito è scritto che non ci si deve struccare con gli asciugamani e non bisogna buttare gli assorbenti e le salviette nel water MA in realtà vicino al water c’è un post it che segnala il divieto di gettare anche la carta igienica, il che trovo poco igienico. Dopo il mio soggiorno il proprietario ci ha tenuto a mandarmi su whatsapp la foto delle lenzuola con due macchioline di sangue e a dirmi che avrei dovuto avvisare e che per colpa mia avrebbe dovuto disfarsene. Mi ha anche ripreso per aver fatto venire il mio ragazzo durante la notte (eravamo di ritorno dalla discoteca alle 4, la zona della stazione non è il posto più sicuro del mondo ed una volta salito, dopo aver superato 9 piani ed un percorso labirintico che nemmeno il labirinto di Minosse, l’ho fatto rimanere con me). Ha voluto fare una foto al suo documento, e ha prelevato altri 28 euro. Privacy zero. Mi ha anche ripreso per le macchie di trucco sulle federe, ho dovuto spiegargli che mi ero struccata ma inevitabilmente qualche residuo è rimasto. Insomma, se avessi soggiornato con i miei genitori, avrei avuto più libertà.

Our room was not directly connected to the dedicated bathroom: we had to cross the common corridor to reach it. It was not deducible from the images or information available on the site where we chose this B&B. Delightful, clean and well-equipped room and bathroom. I did not meet the manager but he sent detailed instructions (including video) on how to access. Unfortunately, during this period, due to construction works, access to the apartment (elevator and stairs) could be difficult for those with luggage. I did not have breakfast but there is a well-organized kitchen in the apartment.

The Dante's House B&B is strategically located, just a few steps away from Modena Station, making it ideal for those who want to visit the city. Beautiful room, externally the building is being renovated, convenient location (especially for those traveling by train, but with excellent parking opportunities near the structure), good breakfast. This would be enough for the less demanding, but what really enhances everything are the manager and his partner: truly very kind and always available people, who take care of your stay in a truly impeccable way! Staying at Dante's House B&B is like being guests at a friend's home. An intimate and informal atmosphere made our stay truly happy and relaxing. The hosts are a lovely couple, very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and fragrant, and breakfast was prepared according to our wishes. The location, 150 meters from the station and a few minutes walk from the center, also makes it easy to visit the city in the best way.

I stayed at this B&B for a relaxing weekend with my husband. The location is excellent especially for those traveling by train and with luggage, the staff is kind and very helpful, the Italian breakfast is of excellent quality and includes homemade sweets, the cleanliness is impeccable. To all this is added Nadia's taste in furnishing and personalizing the place with great delicacy.

Manuel and Nadia are fantastic managers. It was truly pleasant to spend time with them laughing and chatting. The B&B is beautiful, quiet, and welcoming. New, with modern design and impeccable cleanliness. As for breakfast: I would say that the cakes prepared by Nadia at home are really the best. I will gladly return.

Great hosts.\n\nNadia is very cute and kind, optimal position practically attached to Modena Centrale station.\n\nVaried and abundant homemade breakfast. We felt at home.\n\nWarm and quiet rooms equipped with all comforts. Very clean rooms and completely newly furnished.\n\nIn short, my reference point in Modena.

Brand new structure just steps from the station. Great for getting around because in front of the structure there are taxis and buses. In 15 minutes on foot you reach the wonderful center of Modena. The owners made me feel at home. Caring and friendly for any need. The house is brand new with all kinds of comforts (I especially appreciated the very large shower). From today I have my reference point in Modena.
