What a nice surprise! The countryside just a stone's throw from the city, a very quiet place surrounded by meadows and vineyards. The owner is very kind and attentive to your requests. Absolute cleanliness. Only one regret: the establishment is already fully booked on the dates of my next trip to Italy.

A pleasant surprise, Mrs. Mara lovely, helpful, attentive and professional. The fridge they made available was spot on. I found it lovely to fall asleep listening to the gentle rain falling on the zinc roof. Sufficient breakfast. Perfect parking, although outdoors. Would definitely come back.

Accommodation truly very beautiful immersed in the greenery. We stayed only one day but it was really nice. The lady was very kind, even though I forgot to communicate my food intolerances at breakfast I found many things to eat for me. Room perfectly clean and super cozy. It's worth going there.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Bed and Breakfast "Alla Curva del Fiume". Mrs. Mara who manages it, is an impeccable host, very kind and helpful, makes you feel at home. I stayed for one night with my husband and 17-year-old daughter at the B&B Alla Curva del Fiume, a well-kept country farmhouse 1 km from San Secondo Parmense, a strategic location to visit cultural, landscape and gastronomic places of interest. The room is very clean with simple but comfortable furniture. Perhaps the dimensions of the sleeping area are a bit small for 3 adults. The bathroom, on the other hand, is large and complete with excellent linen and a small shower set. Breakfast is served at a agreed time in a common area equally clean and well set up. However, it disappointed expectations because there is no choice of savory products, only sweet products are offered. Good the 2 homemade cakes and their production jam, for the rest supermarket products. The landlady is kind and available to give advice on places and restaurants to visit. The evaluation is affected by the breakfast... A real shame because the B&B is located in the renowned Food Valley, homeland of Parma ham, Culatello, Parmigiano and derivatives and above all because if you do not like sweet products you do not eat anything.

We stayed at this B&B immersed in the silence and greenery of the Romagna countryside. The rooms are very clean, as well as the common areas. The owner, Mrs. Mara, generous with advice, friendly and kind, prepared us an excellent and abundant breakfast and the cake is truly homemade! We highly recommend it.

Mrs. Mara is the cornerstone of this B&B nestled in the countryside. In addition to the kind welcome, she is the creator of truly delicious breakfasts. The cakes and fantastic jams are of her own production. Moreover, she is a valuable source (especially updated) for visits around the area and dining places. Extremely helpful also in solving small problems (thanks for the super glue!). The property is surrounded by the countryside and silence, yet the main road is just a few meters away, and the central location allows for various excursions in all directions. It seems to be an excellent solution even for those arriving by bike, as it is close to the cycle path. The room assigned to me was really large with a comfortable double bed and a very large bathroom. I rested very well. The gem is a small balcony from which to enjoy the surrounding countryside upon waking up. Impeccable cleanliness. The value for money is really excellent. It's a shame not to have been able to stay longer.

The accommodation in a quiet area (along a side street of a connecting avenue) is comfortable, functional and very clean. Optimal parking at the facility. Beautiful and spacious double room. In the middle of the countryside but very convenient to visit Parma and its surroundings. Very close restaurants with excellent food that the landlady recommended to us. The lady also recommended places to visit that we did not know. Highly recommend. The only downside, the rooms being in a house are poorly soundproofed and if a noisy guest happens, it can be annoying... just bring ear plugs and it's quickly solved. Thank you.

It's no wonder that my rating is so high in every aspect of this short questionnaire, but the place is so enchanting that I would have liked to add another 10 for the hospitality and courtesy of Mrs. Mara upon our arrival at this place, which from the very first moment makes you feel like you're at home. For four years now, for wine and food reasons, I come to these parts and now I can't do without the "suite" of this Bed & Breakfast. Many hoteliers who boast their outdated 4 stars should spend more time observing, and if necessary even copying, establishments like "B&B Alla Curva del Fiume". It's the fourth time in four years that I come to this enchanting, warm, and familiar place. I hope to be able to come back another 40 times. Congratulations.

Excellent welcome from the host. Very cozy room, and for us who were 5, I would say quite spacious. Beautiful location just a stone's throw from the village, 20 minutes from Parma but surrounded by nature. And what about the breakfast: excellent and abundant, freshly baked cakes and delicious croissants. We will definitely come back. For now, we have already advertised to our friends.

The place where the structure is located is beautiful, very close to the provincial road, but immersed in absolute tranquility, surrounded by cultivated fields where we took pleasant walks. I was very struck by the scent of spices mixing with that of freshly picked fruits and vegetables, it seemed to be in another world. The Lady is fantastic, very hospitable and the breakfasts with which she spoils the guests are truly prepared as if you were part of the family. I hope that her beautiful cats have survived the chases of our garden gnome. We will definitely come back. A big hug to Lady Mara and her family.

We stayed only one night at Easter but it was enough to appreciate the great availability of Mrs. Mara, manager of this beautiful, spacious, and welcoming B&B Alla Curva del Fiume. My husband, our two-year-old child, and I were fulfilled in all our needs, even the chocolate rabbit as a gift to the little one; great kindness. We really appreciated everything. Thank you.

My wife and I were guests of Mrs. Mara at the end of November 2015. I can say with certainty that it is one of the best Bed and Breakfasts where we have stayed. The location is excellent, the breakfast is abundant, the room spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom, which was also very large. Special mention goes to the friendly and very kind Mrs. Mara who provided us with detailed information and allowed us to enjoy the best that could be visited in that area, including restaurants. We had three wonderful days. If we return to that area, we will not fail to return to this excellent Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended.

Kind, helpful, and friendly hostess.\n\nPerfect location for visiting the castles between Parma and Piacenza. The room was very clean, in the countryside, so peace and quiet in abundance.\n\nAbundant breakfast with homemade cakes; I'm on a diet, but I couldn't resist.\n\nWe had a great time and hope to come back to complete the tour.\n\nThank you.

As mentioned to Mrs. Mara, we truly could not have been better off. The B&B Alla Curva del Fiume is easily accessible thanks to the navigator and the signs along the road. It presents itself as a perfectly renovated farmhouse, surrounded by a garden that is a delight to the eyes, so many are the colors that compose it. The owner warmly welcomes us even before we get out of the car and accompanies us to our room. Inside, everything leaves us positively impressed: the furnishings, the cleanliness, the good smell. The room confirms the initial impression: we couldn't have asked for better: extreme cleanliness, well-kept furniture, plenty of towels. The breakfast, another positive aspect: excellent homemade cakes and jams, coffee made to order, fruit juices, fresh brioches, and more. Definitely worth trying to discover the beauties that characterize the area.
