Excellent availability of the staff and the manager of the structure. The tranquility, the Tuscan landscape, and the history of the place make the structure a point to consider if one wants to come to Val di Chiana Arettina.

Stunning location, immersed in a dream village. Stunning room, cleaned to the highest standards and super welcoming. One reservation, a top payment method, we entered the structure with a series of indications via SMS. The breakfast only needs improvement. A bit too basic and without bread.

The structure is very nice and welcoming in a truly suggestive place. Personally, I would have liked more lighting (especially in the bathroom) and I would suggest mosquito nets on the windows, finally the air conditioners are too noisy and at night you are forced to turn them off if you want to rest. Max was excellent and super helpful, I rate him 10! For breakfast, I suggest more variety in the choice. Overall, it's fine for a couple of nights.

Gentile Sabina, grazie per questa sua recensione. Le zanzariere non sono presenti perché , posto più unico che raro, qui di zanzare c'è ne sono pochissime . Siamo fortunati. Per il condizionatore vi suggerisco di impostarlo sulla funzione notturna, dove si abbassa la potenza della ventola e rinfresca adeguatamente ma senza rumore. Prendo grazie mille per il vostro soggiorno e a presto. Max

Excellent value for money. The manager is very kind and available to provide information. Managing the booking independently is easy. Large room, well lit and airy. Very clean. Bed really comfortable. As a celiac, I would ask for something more (different brand) for breakfast, but it is still a good starting point.
