I was assigned a different room/hotel and at first there were some challenges with the kettle and wi-fi, but the host came in the next day to assist. The breakfast was provided at a nearby coffee shop and only included 2 items, which were not communicated upfront, the pastry was delicious. Then the cleaning lady Patrizia was very kind storing my luggage in the wardrobe after check-out. Please send my regards to Patrizia. Thank you so much.

I booked a suite but I obtained just a small dark room in fact it hadn't any windows. My staying was not so relaxing because of some little problem with the neighbors.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable, right next to the city center and secure. We parked in a monitored parking lot in partnership with the facility, a 5-minute walk away (paid service). We had a bit of difficulty contacting the owner, but we managed to reach him by phone within 10 minutes once we arrived (WhatsApp numbers indicated in front of the room). Very good location for visiting the city.

The room was ok, very spacious. The bathroom without ventilation unfortunately was a problem due to the bad smell, which was already there when I entered the room. The balcony is shared with other guests, which implies the need to always have the curtains closed for some privacy! Too bad because the view is beautiful. The last point is Vicky, the booking system, not mentioned on this site. I had booked the room on bed-and-breakfast.it with the 'pay at the property' option, but after the booking confirmation I receive an email inviting me to pay the full amount through Vicky, within 48 hours before my arrival, contradicting completely what was written on bed-and-breakfast. For the rest, the location is really strategic.

We stayed at this B&B for 3 nights and considering the price, we were amazed by the cleanliness, room service, and above all by the availability and kindness of the managers. The place is close to all the services necessary for staying in the city. I absolutely recommend this B&B for holidays in Bari.

Very professional, room with breathtaking view, on the top floor overlooking one of the most important streets in the center of Bari, very friendly staff attentive to the smallest details in a special moment like the one we are experiencing, really nothing to complain about. Everything impeccable, recommended for those who need a base to stay in the center of Bari.
